Hooray! After many weeks flicking through the Saverglass catalogue we’ve finally settled on a bottle for South Australia’s first fully certified biodynamic botrytis semillon. The Kendo spirit bottle is a 350mL version of our La Lune Rosé bottle, the Kendo Bamboo, creating a great sense of synergy within the range, and will be sealed under a premium Diam closure. With an anticipated release date of December 2009, this bidynamic drop should tantalise the tastebuds of visitors to the cellar door this summer!
